Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Walter Mason (ranked 6208 p4p, 6557 weight class) and Matthew Quigley (ranked 657 p4p, 678 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matthew Quigley!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quigley misses the shot to the body.
Mason fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Mason shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Quigley as he jumps to the side.
Quigley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mason sprawls well. Mason wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Quigley gets slowly back to his feet.
Quigley displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mason.

Quigley rolls, trying to escape but Mason keeps control of the position.

I really don't envy Quigley right now.
