Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nicholas Timmons!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dreyvon Thomas!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Dean Styles and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timmons gets caught napping as Thomas dives in and scores a takedown. Timmons manages to retain guard.
Thomas in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Timmons is looking to stand up but Thomas isn't so interested in that idea.
Thomas drops back looking for a leg! Timmons is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Timmons manages to kick Thomas off! Thomas jumps back into Timmons's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Timmons holds on to Thomas's head and controls the position momentarily.
Thomas is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Timmons looks calm but he's in trouble here. Thomas gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Timmons is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Thomas lets go of the hold and Timmons can pop his arm back in it's socket.
