Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre King (ranked 5972 p4p, 6082 weight class) and Edmen Chandler (ranked 647 p4p, 652 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andre King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Edmen Chandler!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chandler with a lazy takedown attempt
and King counters with a one-two to the body.
King fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Chandler.
Chandler shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says King as he avoids it easily.
King dives in and scores a takedown into Chandler's guard.
King looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

We've been hearing that King has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
King advances to half guard.
King performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

King continues to stall.
King passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Chandler!
King lands with some strikes.
Chandler is working to get back to half guard.
King is landing with some decent strikes but Chandler is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, King cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chandler can't escape the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
King with shots to the head and body - Chandler looks very uncomfortable down there.

King lands a couple of good shots and Chandler has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
What can Chandler do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

King is raining down hard shots and and Chandler has had enough - he's tapped out due to the strikes!
