The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finlayson jabs Jesus to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Finlayson misses with a straight left.
Finlayson throws a body shot but no joy.
Jesus tries to counter by closing the distance.

Finlayson tries to keep at a distance but Jesus has taken the fight into the clinch.

Jesus jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Finlayson walks away with a smile on his face. Jesus gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Finlayson loads up on a big right hand but Jesus slips the punch.
Jesus looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jesus clinches up with Finlayson and pushes him back against the cage.

Finlayson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Finlayson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Finlayson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jab, jab by Finlayson - just one landing.
Jesus switches off momentarily and Finlayson cracks him with a monster right hand! Jesus topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Finlayson dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Finlayson!
