Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malamute Alaskiano (ranked 3030 p4p, 4018 weight class) and Albert Stevens (ranked 96 p4p, 128 weight class). Stevens is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Fat Albert. Albert Stevens looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Malamute Alaskiano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Albert Stevens! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Dean Styles and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alaskiano moves into the clinch. Alaskiano tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Alaskiano escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Stevens showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Alaskiano.
Stevens tries to counter by closing the distance. Alaskiano looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Stevens has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Alaskiano has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Stevens is trying to break the clinch but Alaskiano is controlling him. Stevens tries to pull guard but Alaskiano won't allow it.
Stevens comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Alaskiano stalling the fight.

That's one minute gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Stevens enables Alaskiano to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Stevens manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Stevens has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Alaskiano off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Alaskiano closes the distance and clinches up with Stevens, looking for a takedown. Alaskiano pushes Stevens against the cage but Stevens circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Malamute Alaskiano. That's going to take a lot out of him. Alaskiano pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Alaskiano is trying to pull guard but Stevens has him pressed against the cage. Alaskiano gets a trip takedown into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Alaskiano is looking to take a break and control but Stevens is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Alaskiano is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Stevens wants to get back to full guard. Stevens looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stevens moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Stevens controls Alaskiano momentarily but Alaskiano frees himself. Alaskiano is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Alaskiano trying to control but Stevens is working from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. No luck for Alaskiano with that takedown attempt. Stevens tries to sprawl but Alaskiano drives through with a takedown into half guard. Stevens is refusing to be controlled, as Alaskiano sits in half guard. Alaskiano landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Stevens gets full guard. Stevens being controlled here, momentarily. Alaskiano wants to control from the top but Stevens keeps moving.

Stevens wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Alaskiano is now in half guard. Alaskiano decides to stand and escape the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Malamute Alaskiano will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Alaskiano throws a right and a left that both miss. Alaskiano clinches. Stevens using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Alaskiano has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Alaskiano escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Alaskiano gets in close and instigates a clinch. Stevens lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Malamute Alaskiano has been cut. Alaskiano goes for a takedown attempt but Stevens pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Alaskiano has managed to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Alaskiano jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stevens walks away with a smile on his face. Alaskiano gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Stevens avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Stevens closes the distance and clinches. Alaskiano blocks a body shot from Stevens.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alaskiano manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Alaskiano on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Alaskiano tries to get out of the position. Alaskiano tries to land a sweep but no joy. Alaskiano is trying to control the position but Stevens postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. That's two minutes gone in the round. Alaskiano engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Stevens doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Alaskiano controls the pace of the fight for a moment. We've been informed that Stevens has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Alaskiano stands up from Stevens's guard - Alaskiano perhaps looking for a knockout. Stevens is breathing heavily. Alaskiano with a poor takedown and Stevens counters with a left and a right that stings Alaskiano. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Malamute Alaskiano. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stevens takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Albert Stevens has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alaskiano drives through with a takedown into Stevens's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Alaskiano not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Alaskiano passes Stevens's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Alaskiano connects with a nice short shot to Stevens's temple. Alaskiano wants to stand but Stevens has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Alaskiano passes to full mount! Alaskiano controlling the position easily from mount.

Alaskiano fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Alaskiano controlling his opponent. Alaskiano has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Alaskiano trying to control but Stevens is having none of it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Malamute Alaskiano dominated that second round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Alaskiano clinches up against the cage. Stevens successfully pulls guard.
Alaskiano cracks Stevens with a solid left hand. Alaskiano content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Stevens looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Alaskiano lands a couple of digs.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Albert Stevens's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
