Dillon works the jab nicely.

Dillon moves out of range as Watson strikes.
Watson takes one to the side of the head.
Dillon throws a good cross that connects.
Dillon circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Watson tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Dillon wins by KO!
