Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helen Salvacion (ranked 24508 p4p, 6756 weight class) and Affectionately Eve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helen Salvacion could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Affectionately Eve's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Affectionately Eve!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Salvacion closes the distance and clinches up with Eve, looking for a takedown. Salvacion pushes Eve against the cage but Eve circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Eve thinks about the counter body kick.
Salvacion misses with a takedown attempt - Eve sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Eve follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Eve shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Salvacion shoots for a takedown but Eve saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Salvacion changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eve tries to avoid it but Salvacion manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eve to the ground. Eve escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Eve replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Salvacion blocks it well.
Eve shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Salvacion pushes Eve off and scrambles back to his feet.

Eve bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Eve stands up and beckons Salvacion to his feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Affectionately Eve dominated that round.
That's time! Salvacion's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Salvacion tries to buck Eve off but Eve is having none of it.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Salvacion closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Eve is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Salvacion is controlling him well.
A lull in the action here as Salvacion stalls from top position.
Salvacion's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Salvacion creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Eve sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Eve closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Salvacion did well to prevent Eve getting side control.
Salvacion trying to hold on to Eve's head to control him but Eve postures up.
Eve tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Salvacion.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Affectionately Eve showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Eve.
Eve remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Salvacion stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Salvacion wants it to stay on the feet.

and Eve counters with a body kick that stops Salvacion in his tracks momentarily.
Salvacion shoots in but Eve avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Eve scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Salvacion tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Eve wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Salvacion is working hard here to advance position.
Eve has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Eve decides to stand up, so the ref orders Salvacion to his feet.
Salvacion stuffs the takedown attempt from Eve. Eve gets slowly back to his feet.
Salvacion thinks about countering with a body kick.
Helen Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Affectionately Eve is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Eve throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salvacion's waist but Salvacion gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Eve off to one side.
Helen Salvacion has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Affectionately Eve.

Salvacion goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Affectionately Eve comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Eve has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
