Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Karaev (ranked 1849 p4p, 3028 weight class) and Ser Gregor Clegane (ranked 234 p4p, 372 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Andrey Karaev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ser Gregor Clegane!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karaev lands the left hand.
It looks like Ser Gregor Clegane has been cut.
Clegane misses with a takedown attempt
and Karaev counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Clegane tries to clinch
and Karaev counters with a stiff right hand.
Clegane tries a head kick but it misses.
Ser Gregor Clegane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Clegane gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Karaev cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Clegane throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Karaev was covering up waiting for the punch and Clegane finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Clegane wants to control from the top but Karaev keeps moving.

Karaev is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Clegane looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Clegane stays in close to Karaev's body and controls the position.

Karaev wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Clegane stands and throws Karaev's legs to the side, diving into side control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Karaev knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Clegane on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Karaev is trying to improve his position.
Karaev avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Clegane.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Clegane shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Karaev is trying to defend but Clegane finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Karaev is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Clegane wants to work for an arm triangle but Karaev is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That was a close round but I would say that Andrey Karaev will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Ser Gregor Clegane's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Clegane throws a head kick but Karaev moves out of range.

Clegane on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Karaev is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

enabling Karaev to counter with a crisp jab.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clegane clinches with his opponent.
Clegane turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Karaev gets back to half guard.

Clegane looks to land a strike but Karaev avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Clegane is fighting to break Karaev's control of his arms but Karaev is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Karaev trying to keep a closed guard but Clegane is proving a slippery customer.
Karaev is pulling down on Clegane's head. It's preventing any offense from Clegane, at least for the moment.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Clegane wants to pass the guard but Karaev is keeping the position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Karaev controls Clegane momentarily but Clegane frees himself.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Karaev lands a two punch combo.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Karaev here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Clegane darts in and clinches Karaev up against the cage.
Clegane tries to pull guard but Karaev won't allow it.
Clegane pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Karaev lands the left hand.
Clegane misses with a takedown
and Karaev counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Clegane shoots and misses
and Karaev connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Karaev counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That has opened up Ser Gregor Clegane's cut even more.
Karaev lands a jab to the head.
Andrey Karaev is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Karaev lands a left and a right that send Clegane crashing to the mat, dazed. Karaev thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Clegane is rocked!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Karaev cracks Clegane on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Clegane falls backwards against the cage. Karaev follows up with more strikes that drop Clegane to his knees. Karaev keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Clegane! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andrey Karaev!
Andrey Karaev decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
