Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and PL Pregent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pregent has chosen Invaders Must Die as his entrance music. PL Pregent has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pregent tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gunn swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Gunn decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Gunn is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pregent doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gunn.

Gunn is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Gunn drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pregent manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gunn has Pregent in his guard.
Gunn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pregent is one step ahead there.

Gunn isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Pregent stacks Gunn on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Pregent!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Gunn is trying to improve his position.
Gunn looking for a sweep but Pregent has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Pregent throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pregent is working for a rear naked choke. Gunn is not defending it well and Pregent has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Gunn refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Gunn's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
