Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sage Jensen !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Daniel Reinhardt!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Reinhardt.
Jensen moves in looking to clinch but Reinhardt pushes him off.
Reinhardt connects with the punch.
It looks like Sage Jensen has been cut.
Jensen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Reinhardt looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Reinhardt wants to get back to his feet but Jensen drags him back down.
Jensen creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Reinhardt sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Jensen misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Jensen stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Jensen takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Reinhardt blocks a head kick by Jensen .
Jensen throws a sloppy head kick and Reinhardt moves out of range easily.
Jensen is breathing heavily.
Reinhardt scores with a nice head shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Reinhardt swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Jensen .
Nice body punch from Reinhardt.
Jensen moves in looking to clinch but Reinhardt pushes him off.
That's one minute gone in the round.
and Reinhardt counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Jensen ! He's just covering up as Reinhardt starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Reinhardt!
