Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eliz Gracie (ranked 1576 p4p, 2121 weight class) and Leonardo De Vinci (ranked 235 p4p, 300 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Cant be touched. Eliz Gracie looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leonardo De Vinci!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

De Vinci gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Gracie pulls De Vinci into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! De Vinci escapes and throws Gracie's legs to the side, diving into side control!
De Vinci tries to stand but Gracie is controlling his head.
Gracie is trying to work for a sweep but De Vinci has mounted him!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie can't escape the position.
Gracie sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

De Vinci moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Gracie.

De Vinci stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but De Vinci circles away.

De Vinci has managed to clinch.

De Vinci tightens his grip and picks Gracie up, before dumping him to the ground. Gracie manages to land in guard.
De Vinci is looking to stand up but Gracie won't let him.

Gracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. De Vinci doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Gracie is tightening it up a little... De Vinci has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! De Vinci reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! De Vinci taps out! Nice BJJ there by Gracie!

In his post fight interview, Eliz Gracie gave a big smile as he said 'Feels good to be back man, that last fight was a tough one, third career loss, i'm 35 years old and it feels good to win again, would love to fight for that title anytime soon, looking forward for the next opportunity!'.
