Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Grappler McGee (ranked 6377 p4p, 3232 weight class) and Elias Lonnrot (ranked 574 p4p, 400 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Grappler McGee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Elias Lonnrot!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee missing with a left hand there. Lonnrot was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McGee throws a series of punches but Lonnrot moves out of range.
McGee throws a big shot that misses.
Lonnrot has a takedown stuffed.
Lonnrot shoots in and drives through. McGee sprawls well.
Lonnrot forces McGee back against the cage and clinches.
McGee tries to pull guard but Lonnrot holds him up against the cage and eventually McGee drops back down to his feet.
Lonnrot tries to work over McGee's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
McGee tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lonnrot just stands there and leans against the cage.
McGee is trying to pull guard but Lonnrot turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Grappler McGee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McGee jumps guard but Lonnrot turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGee jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lonnrot walks away with a smile on his face. McGee gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
McGee throws a jab when Lonnrot was well out of range.
As McGee backs off Lonnrot throws a huge counter combo but McGee manages to avoid it all.
Lonnrot shoots in for a takedown but McGee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A right-left combo lands from Lonnrot.
Danga de danga de dang - Lonnrot scores with a four punch combination!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McGee displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lonnrot.

McGee swinging wildly here.
McGee misses with a double jab.
McGee closes the distance and clinches.
Lonnrot wants to take the fight to the mat but McGee manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
McGee tries to pull guard but Lonnrot won't allow it.
Lonnrot is trying to drag McGee to the mat but McGee just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
McGee fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lonnrot pulls McGee into guard.
McGee thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
McGee is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Lonnrot is looking for a triangle here but McGee uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lonnrot is looking for a sweep.
McGee tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McGee has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
McGee has an Americana. Lonnrot didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! McGee is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if McGee hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
