The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cannson misses with a takedown attempt
letting Watt counter with a right hand.
Watt keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cannson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Watt lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Cannson fails with the takedown.
Steve Cannson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Watt gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Cannson.
Cannson throws a body shot but no joy.
Cannson misses the jab.
Cannson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cannson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A decent looking cross lands there for Watt.
Watt swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cannson.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Watt throws an overhand right that drops Cannson like a sack of potatoes! Watt dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
