Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Behnder (ranked 565 p4p, 464 weight class) and Kofi Ousmane (ranked 88 p4p, 69 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Marcus Behnder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kofi Ousmane!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Behnder gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Behnder definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ousmane pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Behnder is keeping the position for now.
Ousmane wants to control from the top but Behnder keeps moving.
Behnder is pulling down on Ousmane's head. It's preventing any offense from Ousmane, at least for the moment.
Ousmane not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Ousmane distracts Behnder with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ousmane uses his free foot to push down on Behnder's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Behnder.

Ousmane slips a nice elbow through Behnder's hands, connecting with Behnder's forehead.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Ousmane looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Behnder wants to clinch up but Ousmane keeps it at a distance.
Behnder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
