Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Diamond Hand!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Grow Up!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hand works the jab nicely.
Up tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hand swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hand definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Up walks into a straight right hand from Hand.
Hand scores with a crisp jab that stopped Up in his tracks.
Up looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hand circles away from the clinch attempt.
A jab lands there for Hand.
Up is rocked!
Up is aggressively charging in as Hand backs up avoiding any damage. Hand tosses out a jab and Up runs right into it face first! Up is out cold! Hand dropped down on all fours and is barking in Up's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Diamond Hand!
After the fight, Diamond Hand was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
