Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Uwe Eggert! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jason Guinness! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and Eddie Farnsworth.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eggert throws a lazy uppercut
and Guinness counters with a stiff right hand. Guinness throws a head kick that misses. Eggert misses with the combination.
Eggert avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Eggert takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Eggert tests Guinness's chin there with a solid looking shot. Guinness lands with a good body shot. Guinness avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Guinness shoots and misses and Eggert connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Guinness shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Eggert pinned against the cage. Eggert gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Eggert looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. This has been an exciting period of action! Eggert lands with a shot to the body. Guinness tries to clinch there but Eggert circles away.
Eggert feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Guinnesss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Uwe Eggert is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Guinness misses with a double jab.
It looked like Eggert wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Nice jab there from Eggert. Eggert lands a jab. Nice shot by Eggert. Guinness's coach down at WolfPac Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Guinness's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Guinness dives in for a single leg takedown but Eggert sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Uwe Eggert has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Guinness. Eggert changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Donk. Eggert catches Guinness right on the button with a cross. Guinness takes one to the side of the head.
Eggert lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Guinness falls backwards - clearly groggy! Eggert dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Uwe Eggert!
