Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oweny Madden (ranked 2440 p4p, 6216 weight class) and Bean Bryant (ranked 333 p4p, 636 weight class). The key to victory for Oweny Madden has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Oweny Madden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bean Bryant !
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madden misses with a body shot.
Bryant ducks under a wild hook from Madden.
Madden lands a slapping body shot.
Madden throws a sloppy head kick and Bryant moves out of range easily.
Bryant tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Madden fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bryant on the side of the head.
It looks like Bean Bryant has been cut.
Bryant steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Madden.
A big left from Madden misses.
Bryant changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Madden looks to land a right hand but Bryant moved out of range.
Bryant tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
A swing and a miss from Madden.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Madden throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Bryant is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Bryant displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Madden throws out the jab.
Bryant bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Madden is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at 25 to Life that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bryant advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bryant takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bryant connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Bryant cracks Madden with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bryant lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bryant working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Madden looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Bryant ! Submission of the night perhaps?
