Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Kong (ranked 4489 p4p, 24448 weight class) and Cain Lesnar (ranked 499 p4p, 0 weight class). Kong comes to the cage accompanied by X Gonna Give it To ya. The key to victory for David Kong has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, David Kong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cain Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesnar throws a sloppy head kick and Kong moves out of range easily. Lesnar slips under a jab. A nice combination there by Lesnar.
It looks like David Kong has been cut. Kong throws a head kick that misses and Lesnar counters by moving into the clinch. Lesnar is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kong is defending well. A nice right hand lands inside from Kong. Lesnar on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Kong swings wildly with an uppercut but Lesnar uses good head movement to avoid it. Kong manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kong moves out of range of the body kick. Kong lands with a thumping leg kick.
Lesnar fails to land with a series of punches.
Kong tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kong doesn't manage to clinch there - Lesnar circles away.
Kong tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lesnar paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kong tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Lesnar decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kong's guard. Lesnar lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Kong keeping full guard, as Lesnar tries to pass. Lesnar seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Lesnar works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lesnar trying to mount his opponent but Kong defends it. Lesnar stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Kong to get to his feet. Kong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lesnar tries to avoid it but Kong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lesnar to the ground. Lesnar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kong moves out of range as Lesnar throws a body kick.
Kong fails in his attempt to clinch. Kong tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lesnar paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kong tries to clinch but Lesnar moves out of range. No luck for Lesnar with that takedown attempt. Kong misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kong throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Lesnar counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lesnar is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Lesnar content just to control the position here. Kong is trying to reverse the position but instead Lesnar has taken his back - oops! Lesnar is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Kong knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Kong for a finish. Kong is trying to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Kong's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Lesnar really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Kong. Lesnar looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Kong taps!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cain Lesnar! David Kong spoke after the fight, saying 'DAMN!'.
