Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ebert scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Ebert has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Smith avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Tracy Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Ebert.

Ebert drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Smith gets the underhooks and prevents it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Ebert has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Smith lands a big head kick that sends Ebert tumbling to the mat! Smith takes a step backwards and waves Ebert back to his feet - he wants the finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ebert paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Smith tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ebert was well out of range. Poor timing from Smith.

Ebert lands a nice shot that snaps Smith's head back.
Ebert dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ebert dips to his left and cracks Smith with an uppercut!

Smith tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Ebert manages to circle out of the way.

Smith does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Smith takes the fight into the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Smith.
Smith escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Oooooh!!! Smith has knocked Ebert down with a huge combo! Smith steps away and waves a wobbly Ebert back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Ebert is rocked!
Ebert fails to land with a series of punches.
Smith throws a quick counter head kick but Ebert was just out of range.
Ebert thuds a left hand into Smith's body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Smith on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Smith is breathing heavily.
Ebert connects with a body shot that sends Smith's belly button to the back.
Ebert cracks Smith with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ebert has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Smith to stand back up!
Smith is rocked!
Ebert fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Oh Smith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ebert fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Smith looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ebert lands with a nice body punch.
Smith walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Ebert swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
