The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sasaki lands an overhand right.
We've been informed that Sasaki has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Sasaki closes the distance looking to clinch
and Mumu counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Haise Sasaki has been cut.
Sasaki tries to clinch but Mumu is having none of it.
Sasaki darts in and clinches Mumu up against the cage.
Mumu dodges an elbow strike from Sasaki .
Sasaki fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Mumu tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Sasaki presses Mumu against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Mumu scores with a hook to the body.
Mumu lands a body punch in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Mumu creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Sasaki stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Mumu lands with a short shot to the head.
Sasaki escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mumu swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Sasaki counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sasaki throws a good cross that connects.

Sasaki misses with a low kick as Mumu jumps back.
Mumu is looking to counter punch.
Haise Sasaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sasaki walks into a stiff left hand from Mumu.
Donk. Mumu catches Sasaki right on the button with a cross.
Sasaki takes a jab right on the kisser.
Sasaki rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Mumu counters with a straight right hand.

Sasaki circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Mumu. Sasaki falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Mumu!
