Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenta Kobashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brawly Von Brawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brawly Von Brawler will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kenta Kobashi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brawly Von Brawler! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kobashi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Von Brawler fails with an attempt to clinch.
Von Brawler throws a nice looking combination but Kobashi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kobashi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Von Brawler throws an overhand right that lands on Kobashi's shoulder, as Kobashi tries to avoid the shot. Kobashi uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Von Brawler. Von Brawler fails to land with a series of punches.
Kobashi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Von Brawler swivels and escapes. Kobashi drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Von Brawler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kobashi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Von Brawler wants to stand up but Kobashi is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kobashi stands up over Von Brawler, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Kobashi could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Von Brawler wants to sweep here but Kobashi controlling him for the moment. Kobashi might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kobashi stops Von Brawler from standing up. Kobashi is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Von Brawler has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Kobashi has passed into side control.

That's one minute gone in the round. Von Brawler is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kobashi is controlling him well. Kobashi takes a little break here. Von Brawler pushes Kobashi away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kobashi gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Von Brawler looks gassed! Kobashi taking a breather here. Kobashi prevents Von Brawler from escaping the position. Kobashi scores with punches from side control. Kobashi happy to just control the position for now. Kobashi working the ground and pound from side control.

Kobashi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kobashi happy to just control the position for now. Von Brawler gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Kobashi with a couple of short strikes. Kobashi controlling the position easily from mount. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kobashi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kobashi lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Kobashi controlling the position easily from mount. Kobashi is landing with some decent strikes but Von Brawler is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Kobashi looking to finish Von Brawler with some ground and pound. This is bad for Von Brawler! Von Brawler is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Kobashi content just to control the position here.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Kenta Kobashi just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Kobashi darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Kobashi scoring with strikes to the body and head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Kobashi looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Von Brawler is trying to stand up here but Kobashi is controlling him well.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kobashi moves out of range of the body kick. Kobashi ducks right into an uppercut from Von Brawler. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A big right followed by a crushing left from Von Brawler knocks Kobashi out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brawly Von Brawler!
