Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Francisco Rocha (ranked 3193 p4p, 3302 weight class) and Kova Luu (ranked 99 p4p, 0 weight class). Kova Luu told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Luu tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Rocha counters with a nice double leg into side control. Luu won't be happy with that.
Luu tries to escape but Rocha is in control.
Rocha has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Luu is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Rocha yanks on the arm and Luu is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Rocha.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Francisco Rocha!
Francisco Rocha decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
