Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Tillbrook decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Igwe (0) vs (2) Tillbrook Tillbrook is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Igwe trying to hold on to Tillbrook's head to control him but Tillbrook postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tillbrook is working for a kimura but Igwe is defending it quite comfortably.
Tillbrook is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Igwe sees it coming and defends easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tillbrook is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Igwe is just riding it out for now. Tillbrook eventually gives up the hold. Igwe is trying to maintain the position but Tillbrook is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Igwe manages to get to full guard.
Igwe has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Tillbrook should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Igwe has tightened it up now! Tillbrook should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
