Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nikita Koloff (ranked 3386 p4p, 3389 weight class) and Hiroshi Yamashita (ranked 404 p4p, 405 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Nikita Koloff has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nikita Koloff seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nikita Koloff!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiroshi Yamashita!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamashita falls off balance throwing a combination
and Koloff counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Hiroshi Yamashita has been cut.
Hiroshi Yamashita seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yamashita tries to clinch but Koloff moves away
and Koloff counters with a straight right hand.
A jab-cross combination lands for Koloff and sends Yamashita crashing to the mat! Koloff follows him down to the mat - Yamashita regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Yamashita is looking to improve his position.
Koloff thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yamashita is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Koloff scores with a couple of nice shots.
That has opened up Hiroshi Yamashita's cut even more.

Still in half guard, Koloff seems content to control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Yamashita is trying to control but can't.
Koloff stalling away here and it's allowed Yamashita to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Yamashita manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Koloff manages to get himself to full guard.
Yamashita lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Yamashita postures up in Koloff's guard and throws a big left but Koloff blocks it.

Yamashita drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Yamashita jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Yamashita postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Koloff lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Hiroshi Yamashita's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hiroshi Yamashita's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Nikita Koloff!
