Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Hazlehurst (ranked 1460 p4p, 1121 weight class) and Shaun Brownie (ranked 228 p4p, 178 weight class). Hazlehurst comes to the cage accompanied by Queen - One Vision. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

With a record of 14 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shaun Brownie!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hazlehurst on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Brownie throws a big shot that misses.
Hazlehurst fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Brownie tries to bum rush Hazlehurst with a series of wild strikes but Hazlehurst uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Brownie feints and as Hazlehurst raises his hands in defense, Brownie changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Well Brownie has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Shaun Brownie was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
