Torsten comes into the arena with Temple of Odin blaring out of the sound system. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Baldur Torsten!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frog Ribbit!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribbit misses with a body shot
enabling Torsten to counter with a crisp jab.
Ribbit thuds a left hand into Torsten's body.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ribbit.
It looks like Baldur Torsten has been cut.
Ribbit takes one to the side of the head.
Ribbit misses with a looping right.
Torsten connects with a right hand. Ribbit shakes it off.
Ribbit misses with a body punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Torsten misses the shot to the body.
Ribbit doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
We've been told by Torsten's head coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Torsten throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Ribbit swings and misses with a shot to the body
letting Torsten counter with a right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Frog Ribbit has been cut.
A low kick from Ribbit misses
and Torsten counters with a nice right hand that sends Ribbit toppling to the canvas! Ribbit scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Torsten finish him?!
Ribbit is rocked!
A solid leg kick lands there for Torsten.
Ribbit is still on wobbly legs! Can Torsten finish him?
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ribbit looks up at the clock. Bad move! Torsten lands a right hand from hell, dropping Ribbit. Torsten pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Baldur Torsten!
