Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Wick!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Donatello Bradman and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Lesnar misses
and Wick counters with a leg kick.
Wick thuds a left hand into Lesnar's body.
Lesnar throws a sloppy head kick and Wick moves out of range easily.
Lesnar just misses with a punch to the body.
Lesnar closes the distance and clinches up with Wick, looking for a takedown. Lesnar pushes Wick against the cage but Wick circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wick wants to counter with a clinch but Lesnar pushes him away.
Lesnar shoots in for a double leg but Wick sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Lesnar tries to land a front kick but Wick steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Wick forces Lesnar back against the cage and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lesnar has had enough of the clinch but Wick keeps him there for the moment.
Lesnar lands a shot to the body.

Wick breaks the clinch.
Lesnar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A good leg kick by Wick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wick works Lesnar's body with a nice hook.
Lesnar has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Wick.
Lesnar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wick swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lesnar looks to land a right hand but Wick moved out of range.
A bone on bone clash there as Wick blocks the leg kick.
Wick blocks the body kick.
Lesnar takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Lesnar misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wick lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Cain Lesnar has been cut.
Lesnar wants to clinch but Wick slips to the side
and Wick counters with an outside leg kick.
Lesnar is breathing heavily.
Wick avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wick has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Lesnar is landing a low percentage of strikes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wick scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wick throws a front kick that sends Lesnar stumbling back into the cage.

Oooooh!!! Wick has knocked Lesnar down with a huge combo! Wick steps away and waves a wobbly Lesnar back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Lesnar is rocked!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Oh Lesnar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Wick pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lesnar seems to have got his legs back now.
A solid leg kick lands there for Wick.

Wick instigates a clinch.
Wick is leaning against Lesnar and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
A right hook to the body lands for Wick.

Wick breaks the clinch.
Wick moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Wick clinches up with Lesnar and pushes him back against the cage.

Lesnar is trying to maintain a safe position but Wick gets an underhook and turns Lesnar into the cage.
Wick lands a good knee to the midsection. Lesnar won't want to take too many of those.

Wick breaks from the clinch.
Wick lands a head shot.
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Wick! This one is all over!
