Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 5 - 2, fighting out of New York, Dwayne Haskins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dom Severini! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Emerson Jorge and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haskins ducks under a wild hook from Severini. Haskins uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Severini. Haskins is looking to counter with head kicks. Haskins cracks Severini with a good jab. We've been told by Haskins's head coaches at Randall's Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Severini misses with an uppercut
and Haskins counters with a low kick, right behind Severini 's knee. Severini is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Haskins. Haskins throws a shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Severini throws a poor cross that misses
and Severini takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Severini looks to land a left hand but Haskins moved out of range nicely. Haskins was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Haskins misses with a series of wild punches.
Severini swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
That's one minute gone in the round. Severini throws the left hand but Haskins avoids the punch easily. Haskins needs to keep his hands up - Severini had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Dwayne Haskins has been cut. Haskins throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Severini counters with a one-two to the body. Haskins lands a nice looking kick to the body. Severini takes a step back to recover. Haskins cracks Severini with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Severini walks into a left hand. A slow jab from Severini misses its intended target. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Haskins throws a right hand that Severini ducks under and follows up with a left that Severini also avoids with ease. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Haskins walks into a straight right hand from Severini. Dwayne Haskins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Haskins looks to land a combination but Severini avoids it well. Severini misses with a hook
and Haskins counters with a nice uppercut. Haskins takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Severini looks to clinch but Haskins throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Severini taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
