Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Javier Ostua (ranked 4638 p4p, 3608 weight class) and Hideki Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hideki Suzuki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Javier Ostua! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hideki Suzuki! The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Suzuki looks to score with a jab to the body but Ostua is just out of range. Ostua defending well as Suzuki loads up on a big left hand. Ostua uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Suzuki. Ostua lands a lovely overhand right. Ostua keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Suzuki missing with a left hand there. Ostua was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Ostua tries to clinch up. Suzuki lands a nice hook to Ostua's body. Ostua takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. A big right from Suzuki misses. A cross from Suzuki lands. Ostua tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Suzuki was well out of range. Poor timing from Ostua. Good exchange - Ostua coming out on top. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ostua blocks a jab. Suzuki throws a looping overhand right but Ostua ducks down to avoid it. Suzuki misses the jab. Ostua throws a body punch but Suzuki moves out of range. Ostua clobbers Suzuki with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Suzuki misses the jab.
Suzuki feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ostua sprawling to the canvas! Ostua rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Suzuki finish him?!
 It looks like Javier Ostua has been cut.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Ostua uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Suzuki.
Suzuki takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Ostua throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hideki Suzuki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ostua uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Suzuki. Ostua keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Suzuki takes a body punch but keeps moving. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ostua, as that shot connected.
Suzuki connects with a right hand. Ostua shakes it off. Suzuki throws a shot to the body.
Ostua is breathing heavily. Ostua moves out of range of the strikes. Ostua throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ostua ducks under a wild hook from Suzuki. Ostua slips a jab from Suzuki. Ostua slips under a jab. Ostua tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Suzuki manages to circle out of the way. Suzuki throws a jab when Ostua was well out of range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A big left from Suzuki misses. A looping hook to the body misses from Ostua. Suzuki does a little dance to reset his feet. Suzuki lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Suzuki punishes Ostua's body with a nice straight punch.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A big right from Suzuki misses. Suzuki throws an uppercut from hell that sends Ostua clean off his feet! He's out cold! Suzuki stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hideki Suzuki!
