Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Manolito Tai Kung (ranked 863 p4p, 850 weight class) and Kaoru Hanayama (ranked 130 p4p, 129 weight class). Hanayama is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Plan Three - Tigress. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Manolito Tai Kung! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kaoru Hanayama! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Anthony Taglia and Alyssa Summers.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tai Kung lands a slapping body shot.
Tai Kung throws a hook but Hanayama avoids it easily. Tai Kung definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hanayama avoids the head kick by Tai Kung.
Tai Kung misses with a left hand and Hanayama cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Hanayama ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Tai Kung scores with a head kick.
 It looks like Kaoru Hanayama has been cut. A slow jab from Tai Kung misses its intended target. Hanayama uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tai Kung. Tai Kung looks to land a body kick but Hanayama moved away. Tai Kung throws a hook but Hanayama blocks it. Tai Kung throws a sloppy head kick and Hanayama moves out of range easily. Good exchange - Hanayama coming out on top. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The fighters circling - Hanayama throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Tai Kung tries to land a front kick but Hanayama steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Hanayama throws out a counter right but Tai Kung avoids it with no problem. Hanayama takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Nice defenses there by Tai Kung. Hanayama has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Tai Kung throws a hook but Hanayama avoids it easily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Tai Kung walks into a stiff left hand from Hanayama. Tai Kung looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Tai Kung keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hanayama throws a lazy uppercut
and Tai Kung counters with a crisp right that sends Hanayama to the canvas! Tai Kung follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Manolito Tai Kung! Manolito Tai Kung decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
