Bakugo can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Plainview is looking to escape.

Bakugo unloads with some shots from mount but Plainview bucks and avoids them well.
Plainview really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bakugo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
