Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Toanesti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Russel Wilson!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson swings for the body but Toanesti moves out of range.
Toanesti tries to land a front kick but Wilson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Toanesti dives in and scores a takedown into Wilson's guard.
Wilson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Toanesti pushes down on Wilson's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Well, if Toanesti is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Toanesti has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wilson is looking to control Toanesti's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wilson avoid being mounted?
Toanesti will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Wilson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Toanesti scores with a couple of nice shots.
Wilson is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Toanesti jumps into side control!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wilson can do anything to dispel that myth.

You can see the frustration on Wilson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Toanesti lands a decent elbow from side control.
Toanesti has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Toanesti is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Wilson looks calm but he's in trouble here. Toanesti gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Wilson is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Toanesti lets go of the hold and Wilson can pop his arm back in it's socket.
