Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Koto Show (ranked 1200 p4p, 250 weight class) and Amaru Kawiwasulu (ranked 150 p4p, 40 weight class). Koto Show has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Koto Show! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Amaru Kawiwasulu! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Show throws a right hand that misses
and Kawiwasulu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Koto Show has been cut. Show missing with a left hand there. Kawiwasulu was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Show throws a big shot that misses. A left lands for Show. Kawiwasulu throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Show to counter with a crisp jab. Kawiwasulu throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Kawiwasulu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Show looks to land a left hand but Kawiwasulu moved out of range nicely. Kawiwasulu clinches with his opponent.
Show is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Kawiwasulu keeps control of Show as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Kawiwasulu lands a left hand.
Kawiwasulu lands an uppercut. Show blocks a body shot from Kawiwasulu. Show wants to break the clinch but can't.
Show avoiding damage as Kawiwasulu throws knees to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kawiwasulu lands a body shot in the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Show is trying to force a seperation but Kawiwasulu has the dominant position. Kawiwasulu connects with a nasty looking knee right to Show's face.

Show has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Kawiwasulu throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Shows head. Show pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kawiwasulu blocks a jab. Show throws a hook to the side of Kawiwasulu's head but Kawiwasulu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Show throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Kawiwasulu counters with a crisp right hand that drops Show! Kawiwasulu lets Show back up to his feet, looking for a finish! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Show gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Kawiwasulu gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Amaru Kawiwasulu!
