Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 15 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Pat Poutine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aidan Oshea!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poutine shoots in looking for a takedown but Oshea manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Poutine's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Oshea drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Poutine defends it well.
Poutine looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Horrible takedown attempt by Oshea or perhaps it was just good defense by Poutine, which made it look bad.
Oshea misses with a two punch combination.
Oshea manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Poutine on his heels. He'll look to pass Poutine's guard now, I'm sure.
Oshea is pushing down on Poutine's leg trying to pass to half guard. Poutine is fighting to maintain full guard but Oshea has managed to sneak the leg through.
Oshea is looking for a kimura but Poutine is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Oshea to get the leverage.

Poutine moves into range and clinches up with Oshea.
Poutine is pressed up against the cage. Oshea has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Poutine down to the mat. Poutine avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Oshea throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Poutine's waist but Poutine gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oshea off to one side.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
