Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Test Seven (ranked 4584 p4p, 4577 weight class) and Banker Eleven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Test Seven!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Banker Eleven!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Eleven shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Seven working for a triangle but Eleven defends it easily.
Eleven wants to control from the top but Seven keeps moving.
Seven is trying to keep Eleven in close.
Seven doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Eleven avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Eleven throws a big right hand that misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Eleven controlling from the top position.
Seven is trying to control the position but Eleven postures up.

Eleven decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Eleven gets in close and instigates a clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Eleven's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Seven tries for a takedown but Eleven manages to get underhooks.
Eleven jumps guard but Seven turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Eleven tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Seven has Eleven pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Eleven manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Seven pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Seven tries to clinch up.
Seven looks for a takedown but Eleven sprawls well.
Seven sets himself, and Eleven steps forward looking for the clinch! Seven avoids it this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Test Seven. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Eleven gets caught flat footed, as Seven shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Eleven pushes Seven off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Seven changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eleven tries to avoid it but Seven manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eleven to the ground. Eleven escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Seven sets himself, and Eleven steps forward looking for the clinch! Seven avoids it this time.

Eleven fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Seven, pushing him back against the cage.
Eleven missing with knees to the body.

Eleven turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Eleven manages to end up in side control.

Eleven is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Seven has escaped the position, nice work there.
Eleven wants to control but Seven is keeping him busy.
Seven struggling a bit here.
Eleven trying to control the action but Seven is working from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Eleven stands up and beckons Seven to his feet.
Eleven walks forward, straight into a front kick from Seven.
Eleven doesn't manage to clinch there - Seven circles away.

Eleven gets a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Eleven jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Seven walks away with a smile on his face. Eleven gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Seven misses with a takedown
and Eleven cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Test Seven has been cut.
Eleven slips under a jab.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Banker Eleven dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Test Seven's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!

Eleven shoots in for a takedown but Seven shows good takedown defense.
Seven fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Seven enables Eleven to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Seven manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Seven keeping moving, preventing Eleven from controlling successfully.
Banker Eleven has got the better of the ground game so far.
Seven is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Seven trying to keep a closed guard but Eleven is proving a slippery customer.

Eleven stands up from Seven's guard - Eleven perhaps looking for a knockout.

Seven gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Eleven to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Eleven is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Seven looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Eleven looking to sit in guard and control but Seven gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Eleven looking to control but Seven passes into half guard.
Eleven regains full guard. Nicely done.

Eleven working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Seven has passed into half guard!
Seven wants to pass to mount but Eleven is defending the position.
Seven perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Seven is stalling here. Eleven is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Seven seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Eleven has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Seven is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Eleven controls the position from side control.
Seven can't do much from the bottom here.
Seven manages to work his way to half guard, despite Eleven's best efforts.

Eleven wants to take a breather but Seven is having none of it.
Eleven prevents Seven from improving his position.
Eleven is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Eleven is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Seven has managed to free his arm - good work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Banker Eleven showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The cut man is working on Test Seven's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Eleven is trying to control the position but Seven postures up.

Eleven throws his legs up looking for a submission but Seven uses it to pass to side control.
Eleven is trying to buck Seven off.

Eleven keeps Seven under control for a moment.

Eleven takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Seven tries to advance to mount but can't.
Eleven should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Seven working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
You can see the frustration on Eleven's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Eleven is looking to reverse the position.
Eleven is letting Seven control him for a moment.
Seven gets to mount! Eleven was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Eleven is looking to get to half guard.
Eleven is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Eleven tries to lock up and control but Seven gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Seven with the ground and pound from mount.
Seven prevents Eleven from getting the reversal.
Eleven wants to hold on but Seven pushes him away.

Eleven is squirming around, avoiding Seven's attempts to control the action.
Eleven tries to lock up and control but Seven gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Eleven has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Seven is working away from the top position though.
Eleven manages to get to full guard.
Seven looking to pass the guard.

Seven gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Eleven fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Test Seven has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Banker Eleven is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
No joy there for Seven, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

And that's the end of the fight!
Test Seven showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Eleven has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
