Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jin Yi (ranked 1788 p4p, 4354 weight class) and Oliver Allen (ranked 255 p4p, 549 weight class). Yi comes into the arena with Wobble blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Ben Hemmingworth and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Yi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Allen throws a body punch but Yi moves out of range.
An inside leg kick lands from Yi.
Yi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Allen.
Allen throws a lazy right hand but Yi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Yi throws a looping overhand right but Allen ducks down to avoid it.
Allen keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Allen throws a hook but Yi blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yi lands a leg kick that knocks Allen off balance momentarily.

Yi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Allen's corner calls for a 1-2. Allen obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Yi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Allen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Allen takes a jab right on the kisser.
Yi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Allen pinned against the cage. Allen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A combination from Allen does no damage.

Yi bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Allen's head.

and Yi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Allen is rocked!

Yi arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Allen's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jin Yi!
An out of breath Jin Yi thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
