The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Thunderhawk stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tam swivels though and keeps the full guard. Thunderhawk trying to control the position from guard on top but Tam is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Thunderhawk has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Tam defend it? Thunderhawk steps over the head and cranks it - Tam is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Thunderhawk!
