Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Jones (ranked 1529 p4p, 3152 weight class) and Chozen Gracie (ranked 44 p4p, 33 weight class). The key to victory for David Jones has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chozen Gracie! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie shoots and misses and Jones counters with a straight right hand. Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Jones has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Jones would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Gracie throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Jones escapes and throws Gracie's legs to the side, diving into side control! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gracie gets back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie looking for submissions off his back. Gracie trying to control but Jones postures up.
Jones tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Gracie makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Gracie. Jones would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jones misses with a body shot.
Gracie throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jones tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Gracie is in Jones's guard. Gracie is pushing down on Jones's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jones is fighting to maintain full guard but Gracie has managed to sneak the leg through. Jones tries to kick Gracie off but Gracie keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie is pressing down on Jones's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jones is holding on for now. Gracie keeps trying to improve his position. Gracie is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Gracie is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jones is staying active underneath Gracie, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Gracie performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Jones is trying to stand.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that David Jones will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Gracie shoots and misses and Jones counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Chozen Gracie has been cut. Jones throws a good cross that connects.
Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jones avoids it really well and circles away. A decent looking cross lands there for Jones. Jones closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Gracie! Jones dives in looking to finish! Gracie is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Jones! David Jones very nearly forgot to thank Carnage Clothing amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
