Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tylonal Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Geoff Jeffries!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Jones needs to keep his hands up - Jeffries had a free shot at his head there.
Jeffries is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jones.
As Jeffries looks to move away, Jones throws a big counter combo but Jeffries just gets out of the way.
Jones lands a big right hand that sends Jeffries crashing to the mat! Jones stays standing though and waves Jeffries back to his feet!
Jeffries is rocked!
It looks like Geoff Jeffries has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones throws a head kick that misses.
Jeffries is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?
Jones dances in with a quick combination. Jeffries is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Jones snaps Jeffries's head back. Jeffries stumbles backwards against the cage. Jones steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Jeffries's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Jeffries just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tylonal Jones!
