Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 21 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rico Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Virgin Mary!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Mary.
Salvacion wants to control but Mary postures up.
Mary wants to stand but Salvacion has his arm trapped.

Mary decides to stand back up. Mary steps back and let's Salvacion get back to his feet.
Mary shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Salvacion manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Salvacion shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mary as he avoids it easily.
Mary changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Salvacion looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
You can see the frustration on Salvacion's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Mary closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Salvacion tries to hold on but Mary postures up.

Virgin Mary showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Salvacion fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mary leaves Salvacion with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mary steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Salvacion gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Mary is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Salvacion has a closed guard, preventing Mary from standing up.
Mary is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Salvacion wants to stand and escape but Mary is having none of it.

Virgin Mary is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Mary wants to stand but Salvacion has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Virgin Mary comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Mary has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
