Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helen Salvacion (ranked 24343 p4p, 23944 weight class) and Affectionately Eve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 20 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Affectionately Eve! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Eve tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Salvacion swivels and escapes. Salvacion throws a big counter combination but Eve scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Salvacion closes this distance looking for a takedown but Eve circles away. Eve steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Eve looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Salvacion! Eve decides to stand back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion closes this distance looking for a takedown but Eve circles away. Salvacion is trying hard to land a takedown here. Eve sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Helen Salvacion. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Eve's head. Salvacion shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Eve pinned against the cage. Eve gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Salvacion tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Eve swivels and escapes. Eve lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Eve is trying hard to land a takedown here. Salvacion sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Salvacion is looking to counter with a body kick. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eve has a takedown stuffed. Salvacion throws a quick counter kick to the body but Eve avoids it. Eve shoots in looking for a takedown but Salvacion manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Eve's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown but Eve shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Eve replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Salvacion blocks it well. Salvacion looks for a takedown but Eve sprawls well. As Salvacion backs off Eve throws a huge counter combo but Salvacion manages to avoid it all.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eve avoids a kick to the body.
Eve thinks about the counter body kick. Eve moves into range and clinches up with Salvacion. Salvacion prevents a body shot from Eve. Salvacion looking for a takedown. Eve breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Eve gets a takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Eve seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Eve controlling the action here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion keeping hold of Eve's head, controlling as best he can. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Affectionately Eve dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Salvacion shoots in for a double leg but Eve sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. And Eve responds with a good body kick, but Salvacion manages to step out the way in time. Salvacion drives through with a takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Eve pulls Salvacion in close to prevent any damage. Eve wants to get back to his feet but Salvacion is in a dominant position and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eve pulls Salvacion in close to his closed guard and prevents Salvacion from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Let's hope that Eve has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Salvacion throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Eve works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salvacion gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Salvacion is looking to sweep but instead, Eve has passed into half guard.
Salvacion is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Eve sitting and controlling from the half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eve stands up out of the half guard. Salvacion tries to score a power double leg takedown but Eve sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Salvacion somewhat. Eve looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Eve is looking to stand up but Salvacion won't let him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion controlling Eve's posture. Eve decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Salvacion, up you get! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Affectionately Eve showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Salvacion dives in and scores a takedown into Eve's guard. Salvacion lands a couple of digs. Salvacion wants to control from the top but Eve keeps moving. Eve is looking to stand back up but Salvacion counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Eve. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eve is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Salvacion is trying to control the action in half guard but Eve is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion throwing shots but Eve is blocking nicely. Salvacion is looking to take a break and control but Eve is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Eve is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Nice takedown defense from Eve. No joy for Salvacion on that attempt. Eve is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Eve slaps away a takedown attempt from Salvacion, before circling back to the center of the mat. Eve steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Salvacion shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Eve defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Helen Salvacion. That's going to take a lot out of him. A momentary lapse in concentration from Salvacion enables Eve to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Salvacion manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion has a closed guard, preventing Eve from standing up. Eve controlling from the top position. Eve has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Salvacion is working an open guard so Eve takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Salvacion shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Eve counters with a good, hard body kick but Salvacion shrugs it off. Affectionately Eve is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Salvacion misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Eve follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Helen Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Eve as he avoids it easily. Salvacion fails with the takedown.
And that's the end of the fight! Affectionately Eve comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Eve has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
