Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between mad mic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Earnie Dingo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Earnie Dingo has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, mad mic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Earnie Dingo!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dingo moves into range and clinches up with mic.
mic is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
mic wants a takedown but no success here.
mic can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for mad mic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dingo is looking to break free of the clinch but mic has double underhooks.
mic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
mic is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dingo pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Dingo is pressed up against the cage. mic has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dingo down to the mat. Dingo avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Dingo moves in looking to clinch but mic pushes him off.
mic keeps the fight on the outside.
Dingo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dingo drives through with a takedown into guard.
mic is breathing heavily.
Dingo is pushing down on mic's leg trying to pass to half guard. mic is fighting to maintain full guard but Dingo has managed to sneak the leg through.
Dingo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Well, if Dingo is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Dingo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Dingo is looking to take a break and control but mic is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dingo perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
mic won't allow Dingo to pass to mount.
Dingo is nestled in close to mic, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
mic is trying to stand back up but Dingo is controlling him
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
mic needs to keep his hands up - Dingo had a free shot at his head there.
Dingo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dingo.

Dingo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
mic will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Dingo scores with a punch to the head.

Dingo moves into range and clinches up with mic.
mic tries to score a body lock takedown but Dingo shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
mic drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Dingo gets the underhooks and prevents it.
mic keeps control of Dingo as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Dingo decides to pull guard.
Dingo is working an open guard so mic takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
mic circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dingo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dingo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Dingo tries to clinch up but mic circles away and keeps his distance.

Dingo fails with the takedown
and mic counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Dingo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for mic!
mic defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Dingo.
mic wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
mic bucks Dingo off and manages to get back to his feet!
mic closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dingo circles away.
Earnie Dingo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dingo tries to clinch but fails miserably
and mic counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dingo won't be happy with that.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
mic decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Dingo catches mic with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
mic slips a jab and a cross from Dingo.
Dingo has closed the distance and engaged mic in a clinch.
Dingo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dingo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Dingo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dingo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
mic is pushing Dingo's head away, looking to escape. Dingo manages to hold on to the position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Earnie Dingo will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Dingo scores with a one two! mic had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Dingo looks to land a combination. mic sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Dingo is looking to land body kicks.
Dingo tries to clinch but mic moves away
and mic counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
mic would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
mic decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dingo, up you get!
Dingo lands with a nice body punch.
Left hook, right uppercut from Dingo.
Dingo throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and mic counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Dingo's guard now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

mic stuffs the takedown attempt from Dingo. Dingo gets slowly back to his feet.

and mic counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Dingo trying to hold on to mic's head to control him but mic postures up.
mic prevents Dingo from improving his position.
mic postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Dingo to stand up.

Dingo tries to score a body lock takedown but mic shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
mad mic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Earnie Dingo.
mic wants a takedown but no success here.
mic goes for a takedown attempt but Dingo pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dingo throws a right hand that mic ducks under and follows up with a left that mic also avoids with ease.
Dingo wants to clinch
and mic counters with a single leg into guard. Dingo didn't expect that.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dingo is on top in guard.
Dingo passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Dingo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but mic is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Dingo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

mic pushes Dingo away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Dingo gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dingo in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... mic is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
