Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gorgi Boran !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boran lands with an overhand left.
Boran throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Morgan changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Boran shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Boran showed some decent athleticism there.
Morgan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boran . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Morgan is trying to control Boran 's posture. Boran takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Morgan! Boran is rotating here... this could be the end... Morgan is out! Boran has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
