Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, William S Burroughs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mucak Shanikov!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shanikov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Burroughs throws a body punch but Shanikov moves out of range.
Shanikov lands a nice hook to Burroughs's body. Burroughs takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Shanikov lands a head shot.
Shanikov defending well as Burroughs loads up on a big left hand.
A decent looking cross lands there for Shanikov.
It looks like William S Burroughs has been cut.
Shanikov takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Shanikov fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Burroughs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Burroughs on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Burroughs throws a shot from downtown. Shanikov moves away and avoids it.

Burroughs throws a jab when Shanikov was well out of range.
Shanikov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Burroughs.
Shanikov avoids the body shot from Burroughs.
A little jabbing left from Shanikov on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Shanikov throws a series of punches but Burroughs avoids them all with ease.
Shanikov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Shanikov thuds his shin into the meat of Burroughs's side.
Shanikov cracks Burroughs with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

and Burroughs counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Shanikov moves out of range of the strikes.
Burroughs gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Shanikov has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Burroughs scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Burroughs fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Shanikov lands a nice looking body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Burroughs takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
An inside leg kick lands from Shanikov.

Shanikov throws a body shot but no joy.
Shanikov connects with a single shot there.
Burroughs throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shanikov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Shanikov lands a glancing blow to the side of Burroughs's head.
Burroughs is rocked!
Shanikov steps in with a hook that catches Burroughs right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Shanikov follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Burroughs looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mucak Shanikov!
