The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Al Abdullah blocks the body kick.
Oliveira thuds his right hand into Al Abdullah's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A low kick from Oliveira misses
and Al Abdullah counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Oliveira is controlling Al Abdullah's trapped leg to prevent Al Abdullah from advancing to side control.
Oliveira is looking for a sweep. Al Abdullah is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Oliveira makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Oliveira.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Al Abdullah drops back looking for a leg! Oliveira is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Oliveira manages to kick Al Abdullah off! Al Abdullah jumps back into Oliveira's guard.
Al Abdullah drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Al Abdullah as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Oliveira screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Al Abdullah! Nice submission victory there!

Aquila Al Abdullah opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
