Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McFish moves into the clinch.
McFish manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Cook tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. McFish smiles and moves away.

and Cook counters with a single leg into guard. McFish didn't expect that.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cook works a leg free and moves into half guard.
McFish trying to get back to full guard but Cook takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Cook is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. McFish is defending well though. Cook let's go of the attempt for now.

Cook keeps control of the position as McFish tries to break free.

McFish knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cook on the ground.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Cook drops down looking for an ankle pick but McFish pulls his leg out and moves away.
