Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Peter (ranked 4593 p4p, 6162 weight class) and DeAndre Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Peter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, DeAndre Jackson! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Peter throws a series of punches but Jackson moves out of range. Peter has his takedown stuffed and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Peter misses with a takedown and Jackson counters with a single leg into guard. Peter didn't expect that. Peter on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Peter tries to get out of the position. Peter trying to keep a closed guard but Jackson is proving a slippery customer.
Jackson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jackson sitting in guard, not really doing much. Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Peter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Jackson might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Jackson stands up over Peter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jackson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jackson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Peter avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Jackson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Peter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jackson with a flurry of punches that miss. Jackson showing good wrestling skills to control the position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Peter will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Peter throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Jackson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Peter lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
Peter lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Jackson controlling the position. Jackson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Peter is fighting to break Jackson's control of his arms but Jackson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Jackson pushes Peter off and scrambles back to his feet.
Peter tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sergei Peter. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Peter as he avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson slips a jab and a cross from Peter.
Peter throws a leg kick but Jackson moved away. Peter shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jackson pinned against the cage. Jackson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jackson is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Jackson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jackson wants it to stay on the feet. Jackson with the counter takedown but Peter avoids it easily. Peter tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jackson swivels and escapes. Peter is breathing heavily. Peter throws a poor cross that misses
and Jackson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Peter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A combination from Jackson does no damage. Jackson jabs Peter right on the nose. Peter blinks but takes it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson throws a body punch but Peter moves out of range. Peter fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Peter walks into a stiff left hand from Jackson. Jackson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Peter fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Jackson is pressed up against the cage. Peter has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jackson down to the mat. Jackson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Jackson throws a right and a left that Peter avoids nicely. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jackson misses with a takedown attempt and Peter counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Jackson has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Peter is on him like a limpet, forcing Jackson back against the cage. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
DeAndre Jackson dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sergei Peter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Peter shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jackson but Jackson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jackson tries to clinch up but Peter circles away and keeps his distance. Peter is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jackson feints the counter takedown. Peter looks for a takedown but Jackson sprawls well. Sergei Peter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson throws a head kick but Peter moves out of range.
Jackson's coach down at WolfPac Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jackson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson looking for a takedown here - he's got it. That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jackson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Jackson lands a nice shot that snaps Peter's head back.
Jackson looks to score with a jab to the body but Peter is just out of range. Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Peter tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Jackson with the counter takedown but Peter avoids it easily. Jackson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Peter. Peter shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Peter shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jackson as he jumps to the side. Jackson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Peter defends it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Jackson gets a takedown into half guard. Peter wants to control but Jackson is keeping busy.
Jackson has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jackson not doing much here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
DeAndre Jackson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Peter's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards. Jackson fails with the takedown. Jackson connects with a nice looking jab.

Jackson defends it easily. Peter thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Jackson sitting in guard here, content to control. Jackson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Jackson controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Peter throws a body kick despite being completely out of range letting Jackson counter with a right hand. Peter shoots in looking for a takedown but Jackson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Peter's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Peter tries to clinch up but Jackson circles away and keeps his distance. Peter misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Peter doesn't succeed with the takedown and Jackson counters with a lovely straight right hand! Peter bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Peter misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And Jackson tries to counter it with a takedown but Peter pushes his down on his head and steps out. Jackson lands a nice looking body shot.
Jackson throws a hook to the side of Peter's head but Peter sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Jackson wants to clinch up but Peter keeps it at a distance. Jackson lands a left and a right that send Peter crashing to the mat, dazed. Jackson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Peter is rocked! DeAndre Jackson seems to be getting the better of the standup. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jackson clinches up against the cage. Oh Peter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jackson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Peter after a bit of a struggle. Jackson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. No luck for Peter with that takedown attempt. Jackson closes the distance looking for a takedown. Peter stuffs it but Jackson still has hold of him. Jackson picks Peter up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Jackson slams Peter to the floor and that's really hurt Peter - he doesn't know where he is! Jackson throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
