Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matthew McPain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uriah Fabersave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from McPain, right into the meat.
Fabersave looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Fabersave avoids a punch combination nicely.

McPain throws a head kick but Fabersave moves out of range.
Fabersave is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
McPain fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fabersave manages to avoid it.

McPain tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Fabersave misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

It looks like Uriah Fabersave has been cut.

and McPain counters with a one-two to the body.

McPain closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Fabersave tries to escape but McPain is in control.

McPain is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Fabersave knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Fabersave pushes McPain away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, McPain gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Fabersave looks gassed!

McPain is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Fabersave has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Fabersave trying desperately to get to his feet.

McPain is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Fabersave is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Fabersave flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. McPain anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Fabersave and secures both hooks! This could be bad! McPain slips an arm under Fabersave chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. McPain has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. McPain is squeezing on Fabersave like an anaconda would it's prey. Fabersave fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
