Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jim Jordan (ranked 2306 p4p, 2426 weight class) and Paolo Del Geno (ranked 137 p4p, 142 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jordan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Andre Nickatina, My Rap World. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan throws a poor cross that misses
and Del Geno counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Del Geno thows a left - swing and a miss!
Del Geno tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jordan swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Del Geno lands a nice shot that snaps Jordan's head back.
Jordan takes a swing at Del Geno's ribcage but misses.

Del Geno takes the fight into the clinch.

I was talking to Jordan's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Del Geno breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Del Geno flashes Jordan a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Jordan's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Jordan crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Del Geno punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
