Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erik Friedrichsen (ranked 1194 p4p, 1287 weight class) and Doppo Orochi (ranked 147 p4p, 160 weight class). Orochi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. RISE - I Prevail kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Orochi throws a right hand that Friedrichsen ducks under and follows up with a left that Friedrichsen also avoids with ease.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Orochi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Friedrichsen to score with a decent uppercut.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Orochi might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Friedrichsen has got the better of the exchanges.

Friedrichsen switches off momentarily and Orochi cracks him with a monster right hand! Friedrichsen topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Orochi dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Orochi!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Doppo Orochi!
An out of breath Doppo Orochi thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Erik Friedrichsen spoke after the fight, saying 'I am young. This is merely a slight delay'.
